Mark Payne, Group Chief Operating Officer
Mark joined Yell in February 2011. Mark is responsible for Yell’s day to day activities at Group level, including supply chain, information technology, procurement, facilities, customer services, call centre operations and processes.
Mark was previously Vice President – Worldwide Operations for Linksys, and he has also held key senior roles at Polaroid and at Compaq. In all three companies, Mark made a tremendous contribution to operational efficiency and to business profitability.
Bob Gregerson, Group Chief Consumer Officer and Interim CEO, Yellowbook
Bob joined Yell in March 2011, and leads our Consumer Division that drives our focus on the convergence between consumer and small businesses. Since October 2011, Bob is also leading Yellowbook, Yell’s US business, as interim Chief Executive Officer. Bob is vastly experienced in the technology industry and in particular the consumer segment. Bob most recently led Cisco’s Consumer Division efforts as Vice President of Americas Sales. Prior to Cisco, Bob was President of Polaroid Imaging Worldwide and President of PC Connection. Bob has additionally held senior management positions with Compaq, Digital Equipment Corporation and Panasonic.
Matt Anderson, Group Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer
Matt joined Yell in January 2012 and provides leadership for the Group's corporate strategy and business development for strategic partnerships. Matt is responsible for building key global and strategic partnerships and working closely with Yell's digital team to develop new digital solutions and products, as well as incubating new businesses with global potential.
Matt joined Yell from Booz & Co. where, as a Partner in the consumer media and digital practice, he led cutting edge work in the EU, UK and US, helping companies adopt and create business value from the latest digital and technology trends in eCommerce, social media, mobile, and digital media and marketing. Matt has worked globally with several Fortune 100 companies on major corporate transformations.
Scott Moore, Group Chief Digital Officer
Scott leads the creation and development of Yell’s new generation of products and services that enable small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers and their consumers to capitalise on the digital opportunity.
Scott has extensive experience in building and turning around digital and online properties. Prior to joining Yell in December 2011, Scott was Partner and Executive Producer at MSN, where he was responsible for transforming Microsoft’s online consumer service. Previously, Scott was Senior Vice President and Head of Media at Yahoo!, where he led Yahoo! to market leadership in News, Sports, Finance, Entertainment and Lifestyle. Earlier he held senior management roles at Microsoft businesses including MSNBC.com and Expedia Travel. He was also Publisher of Slate, Microsoft’s online magazine.
Ana García Fau, Chief Executive Officer, Yell Publicidad
Ana joined Yell Publicidad in 1997. As Managing Director of Corporate Development she was responsible for the expansion of the Group to Latin America. She was then appointed Chief Financial Officer. Ana has been leading our Yell Publicidad business in Spain and Latin America as Chief Executive Officer, since 2006.
Richard Hanscott, Chief Executive Officer, Yell UK
Richard joined Yell in July 2011. He is responsible for leading the UK business in implementing the transition to a customer-focused digital media business. He has extensive knowledge of the IT and telecommunications sectors, particularly mobile, and of building successful consumer and B2B businesses.
Richard was most recently Chief Executive Officer of NEC Germany and Vice President Network Solutions NEC Europe. Prior to NEC, he was at Orange, in senior sales and marketing roles. His earlier career was spent at Hewlett-Packard and at several software development companies.
Christian Wells, Group Company Secretary and General Counsel
Christian joined our UK legal team in 2005, and together with Howard Rubenstein has led the UK legal team. In August 2010, he was appointed our Group Company Secretary and General Counsel, responsible for legal and regulatory affairs and Group-wide governance.
Jenny Ashmore, Group Chief Marketing Officer
Jenny is responsible for Yell’s global marketing strategy and its execution throughout the Group’s operations in the UK, US, Spain and Latin America. She is responsible for worldwide advertising, marketing and corporate communications, public relations, merchandising and sales programmes, customer insight, online marketing, product design, pricing and customer satisfaction.
Jenny has a distinguished commercial track record in international marketing. Prior to Yell, she was Global Chief Marketing Capability Officer at Mars. Earlier, Jenny led Mars’ worldwide snack food business across fifteen markets, responsible for both innovation and marketing. Jenny has also worked in senior brand management and business development roles at Procter & Gamble, including lead responsibility for the flagship brand, Pampers. Jenny started her career at Shell Petroleum.
Linda Kennedy, Group Human Resources Director
Linda joined Yell in January 2012 and is responsible for building a group-wide HR capability to support the executive group and deliver organisational change across the global business.
Before joining Yell, Linda held the role of Chief Change Officer at UK mobile operator Everything Everywhere, the joint venture between Orange and T Mobile, where she delivered the integration of the two businesses. Previously, Linda was Group HR Director at international service company Serco where amongst her responsibilities was the development of a people strategy and the implementation of a new leadership and talent management framework.
Prior to joining Serco, Linda was Global HR Director at Williams Lea, the corporate information solutions business, working directly with the CEO and management team on people strategy and delivery. In previous leadership HR roles, she has had extensive experience in company turnarounds, business mergers and reorganisations.
Linda is fluent in several languages including French, German and Spanish and is an Associate of the Institute of Linguists and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Howard Rubenstein, Group Head of Global Programme Management Office
Howard Rubenstein heads Yell’s Global Programme Management Office (GPMO), which is responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of the Group’s business strategy.
Previously, Howard was Operations Director for Yell’s UK business, responsible for customer service, order fulfilment and publishing, 118 24 7 call centres, Group property, purchasing and corporate communications. Howard joined Yell in 2003 in the legal function and held the role of Group Company Secretary and General Counsel until 2010. Prior to Yell, Howard held senior legal roles at Sara Lee Corporation and Ernst & Young. He qualified as a solicitor in 1993 with Paisner & Co (now Berwin Leighton Paisner).
