Yell Argentina, S.A. is responsible for the sale of telephone directories in Argentina. Yell Argentina, S.A began its activities in June 1992 and joined the TPI Group in November 2005. Yell Argentina, S.A operates under the ‘Paginas Doradas’ brand. It publishes three directories in the Buenos Aires area, and 21 directories covering other areas, printing 1.5 million copies. It also sells advertising on telephone boxes owned by TASA.The company has a broad and diversified product portfolio in various media including print and online. Yell Argentina, S.A. also publishes Paginas Blancas, neighbourhood directories and pocket guides.
In April 2007 we bought Argentina’s telephone directory business, Publicom, from Telecom Argentina. Publicom prints three million ‘Paginas Amarillas’ directories each year, allowing us to use the Paginas Amarillas trade mark, and at the same time increasing our market share to nearly 100%.
