This new development to the one stop property shop on Yell.com represents the latest phase of a distribution agreement with asserta home.Using the Property section on Yell.com, users can now search through more than 9,500 rental properties from thousands of estate agent branches, nationwide. Users can search by town or postcode, number of bedrooms, and the minimum or maximum monthly rent they are prepared to pay.
The development will prove invaluable to anyone looking for rented accommodation, from students and young couples, to professionals moving into a new area. It will also appeal to homebuyers who have already sold their property and need to rent before they move into a new home. In addition, those planning to buy-to-let can use the site to assess the rental rates in different areas.
Once a suitable property has been found, users can learn more about the chosen locality by using the Neighbourhood Information section. Here they can check the local amenities on offer - from pubs to supermarkets, as well as find out about council tax charges and the nearest schools.
