AOL UK and Yell.com announce strategic content and Marketing Agreement

AOL UK and Yell.com today announced a strategic content and marketing agreement, under which Yell.com's business finder service is being promoted across AOL UK's online services and web-based brands.

The agreement secures Yell.com business finder content for members of the
AOL and CompuServe subscription services and for visitors to www.aol.co.uk and www.netscape.co.uk. This enables them to search for and identify the businesses and services they need easily and conveniently.

Yell.com features 1.7 million UK business listings that can be searched by business type, name and location. This advanced search facility provides contact details for businesses and services, including a location map and further company information where available.

The Yell.com service has been fully integrated across the AOL UK properties
and members of the AOL service in the UK now have one-click access using
AOL Keyword: Yell.

Commenting on today's announcement, AOL UK's Executive Vice President and
Co-Managing Director Mindy Mount said: "Through this agreement with
Yell.com, we can give our members premium business finder content and save
them time when they are looking for information about a particular
business. Our goal here at AOL is to make the online experience easy,
convenient and enjoyable for our members and this agreement is a welcome
addition to the world class content we already offer."

John Condron, Chief Executive Officer, Yell, publisher of Yell.com, said:
"This agreement will enable us to extend Yell.com's business finder service
to a wider audience of online users. By promoting our service across the AOL UK brands we aim to further strengthen our reputation for delivering a reliable, comprehensive and accessible service to users, whilst also communicating that Yell.com is the best medium to bring buyers and sellers together online."
