Result of Extraordinary General Meeting Proposed Acquisition of TransWestern Holdings - 12 July 2005
At an Extraordinary General Meeting held today, shareholders approved the proposed acquisition of TransWestern Holdings, L.P., the independent US directory publisher. Yell expects to complete the acquisition in the next few days.
