Yellow Book Acquires Directories from Pinnacle Directory Company, Inc. - 17 November 2005
Yellow Book USA, the nation’s oldest and largest independent yellow pages publisher, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of five Georgia directories from Pinnacle Directory Company, Inc. “This acquisition is a natural expansion of Yellow Books footprint throughout the state of Georgia, further building upon the success residents and businesses have been praising in neighboring markets for years,” said Joe Walsh, President and CEO of Yellow Book USA.
The Barrow County, Lake Sinclair, Lake Oconee Area, Oconee County, and Walton County directories have a combined circulation of over 131,000. With the addition of the five Pinnacle directories Yellow Book will now publish over 30 directories throughout the state, including Atlanta Metro, Gwinnett County, North Fulton County and Northwest Georgia.
