Translation policy
Yell operates in the UK, US, Spain and Latin America. The main languages spoken by our people, our shareholders and our customers, are English and Spanish. We aim to provide information on this website in these languages.A Spanish translation can be selected by clicking on ‘Espanol’ from the page header above the primary navigation options. You can navigate through the site in Spanish.
Our website is translated according to the following guidelines:
- The Yell Group plc head office is in the UK, therefore all corporate communications are initially written in English, and this site is prepared in English prior to translation.
- Our priority is to publish time-critical information and updates to our site in English. We aim to produce a Spanish translation as quickly as possible, subject to the exceptions below.
- We translate all pages and documents that we believe are of interest to our Spanish visitors. Some information cannot be translated for legal, financial, technical or regulatory reasons, and will therefore only appear in English.
- For the above reasons, the Spanish version of the site will show a mix of both Spanish and English.
