Yellow Book USA Acquires Hot Springs, Arkansas Yellow Pages from Downey Publishing Company, Inc. - 15 April 2005
Uniondale, NY, April 15, 2005 – Yellow Book USA announced today that it has acquired the Hot Springs, Arkansas yellow pages directory from Downey Publishing Company, Inc.The Hot Springs directory will expand Yellow Book’s presence in the state of Arkansas. Yellow Book currently publishes successful yellow pages directories in the Little Rock, Batesville/Heber Springs, Jonesboro, and White County areas.
