This 40 second commercial starts in James’ modern looking flat. His flat mate is sitting trying to read a magazine. James is in a very good mood. He is dancing around the sitting room singing to himself.

We hear him sing: Life is good and life is great, I’ve met a girl and no one likes you.

His friend tries to absorb himself in his magazine. He speaks without looking up and we hear him say:

You’re annoying me a lot now...

James sits in a chair in the corner and picks up a copy of Yellow Pages and opens it, scanning the listings. As he does so, he ponders the wonder of his new relationship and we hear him say.

You know, we have so much in common. We like eating, drinking ,yoga...

Finding what he is looking for, he dials a number on his phone. His friend snorts in the background in disbelief:

Yoga? You...?

James halts his friend with a gesture as he speaks into the receiver, we hear him say:

I’d like to go to a yoga class...Beginner? I see myself more as an intermediate, I think ...

Replacing the receiver, he sees his friend’s incredulous face and remarks.

A bunch of ladies going ohmmm ahhhh. How hard can it be?

We now see James’ in his yoga class. His face is no longer smiling. It shows a high degree of suffering. He is standing in warrior pose. His legs shake. Veins in his temple bulge. Surrounded by serene faces, his own is a worrying shade of purple.

We hear the instructer say to the class:

And don’t forget to breathe...

There is a muffled thud and we see James lose his balance and fall to the floor.

Later and we see James sitting back in his flat. He is looking through the Yellow Pages.

His flat mate appears behind him and as James searches through the classifications we hear him say to James….

That’s Chiropractors

The flat mate spells it out for him, that’s C - H - I ...

the sound fades and the advert ends with the Yellow Pages Logo arriving on screen.
