WOMAN: Oh high, yes, um, I’ve just moved in and um I need to find a vet.
OPERATOR: OK, which area would you like me to search?
WOMAN: Well I’ve just moved to Windsor so um, you’d best start there.
OPERATOR: OK I’m just searching for vets in Windsor in Berkshire, is there anything specific you require?
WOMAN: Well I’ve got this rabbit, and he’s a bit off his food, but I’m pretty busy at the moment and I’m not sure when I can get in..
OPERATOR: OK, I have several vets listed, the first one is Macey’s Veterinary Surgery, they’re on the Cator Road in Windsor, they’re actually open from 8.30 till 6.00 and they offer an emergency service, they’re also experts with domestic animals.
WOMAN: Oh that’s good to know, what with Angus being the new rabbit on the block!
