BT STATEMENT ON OFT ANNOUNCEMENT ON

BT obviously welcomes the fact that the announcement has finally been made. We
are awaiting more details on the undertakings being sought from BT and will
respond when these have been reviewed and we have had time to consider the
implications on the Yellow Pages business.
