In the latest development to provide homehunters with a one stop property shop, Yell.com has launched Home Finance, in association with CharcolOnline. Homebuyers can now log on to the property channel of Yell.com and select a mortgage from a choice of over 450 offered by more than 45 lenders, including the UK’s top ten.

The search for a mortgage is supported by valuable information about the different types of mortgages available, along with a glossary and FAQ’s. Mortgage calculators are provided for home buyers to see how much they can borrow and how much it will cost them in monthly repayments. Once an application has been received online, it is passed to a dedicated in-house Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at CharcolOnline. The CSA will be the customer’s single point of contact throughout the mortgage process and will deal with the solicitor, surveyor, estate agent and lender on the customer’s behalf.

By bringing all this information together in one place, Yell.com is enabling home buyers to make informed decisions about almost every aspect of their purchase.
